Food Safety

We pride ourselves in producing the safest, highest quality fresh fruit. We are continuously researching and improving our Food Safety Program to exceed the latest industry standards. We are in compliance with USDA Harmonized GAPs (Good Agricultural Practices). This program includes routine third party audits, water testing and on-going internal audits.  We are also in compliance with GLOBALG.A.P. for our Apples.

We utilize Integrated Pest Management (IPM) through Cornell University.  The IPM program allows for early detection and the use of acceptable thresholds to minimize the use of agricultural pesticides.

All of our crops are grown with sustainable agricultural practices to deliver only the best fruit.  These practices include using drip irrigation in order to reduce use of water, crop rotation and planting cover crops, precision farming through GPS, and following our IPM program.
